Order Inquiries / Wrong Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item or your order does not match your purchase, please email us at order@sorella-malaysia.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Young Hearts will promptly arrange for an exchange and reship the correct items to you as soon as possible.

Refunds Policy

At Young Hearts Malaysia, your satisfaction is our priority. If we are unable to fulfill your order, a refund will be issued. The refund amount will be credited directly to the bank account you provided. Please allow 1–2 business days for the refund to appear in your account statement.

 **For hygiene reasons, panties are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. 


**Please make sure the items are in original condition, the product labels & tags are still attached, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
