Damaged or Faulty Products

Order Inquiries / Wrong Items Received

If the product received does not correlate with the product you ordered, please kindly e-mail us at order@sorella-malaysia.com within 7 days of receiving the items. Young Hearts will proceed with the exchange and reship your items as soonest. 

Refunds Policy

If Young Hearts Malaysia is unable to fulfill your order, a refund would be provided to you. The refund amount will be credited back into the bank account that you provided. It may take a business day or two for the refund to be reflected in your statements.

 

***Panties are strictly not allowed for exchange / return / refund due to hygiene reasons. 
***Please make sure the items are in original condition, the product labels & tags are still attached, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
